I ordered one ProWarm XP-Pro Insulation Board just to test it out as not come across this company before. Ordering was easy and order arrived quickly. There was no delivery charge and everything was well packaged. Kept updated throughout with respect to delivery. Despite all the advice they provide on the Underfloor Heating website and the telephone checking service they offer I still managed to miscalculate the correct size heating mat I required. Thanks to their brilliant customer service this was no problem at all. A quick call into their help desk had me returning the wrong sized mat and a replacement sent out for next day delivery. A top notch service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
