Brad was very helpful and explained the options available regarding our booking. He arranged for us to add checked baggage to our booking as it wasn’t included at the point of booking. Only 7kg cabin baggage was included in the price!!

The call handler was very polite and efficient

Flight booked successfully and flew out and back as scheduled. Communication and booking system feel somewhat sketchy but registered and confirmed flights with airline. The flight times did need to be changed but they communicated this clearly and in advance. Tickets brought through Travel House were fully recognised and honnoured by American airlines and there was no problem connecting flights when inevitable flight delays occured. An excellent low cost ticket wholesaler.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, very easy booking and received my e-tickets within 15 minutes of booking, follow up email just to confirm I had received it from someone called Sofia, have never used this company before but will have no problem with using them in the future if the need is there, very easy booking, very good prices and as yet very good aftercare

Very easy to booking and the price is fair.

The price of the ticket seemed good at the time of booking but they defo know where they will get you. The only reason I did not give them five stars is I wish I had booked direct with the airline now because in order to make changes their prices are quite extortionate. I cannot claim to say I will be recommending to family or friends.

First time I booked with the company. Process is quick and got the confirmation from the airline a few hours later. Impressive

I booked 2 tickets to Bangkok for me and my daughter who has a different surname to me. I double checked all was correct before making payment, after payment went through and I got confirmation I noticed my first name appeared in place of my daughters name on her booking, how the hell could that happen! I immediately contacted The Travel House to get this corrected and was told I would have to pay £75 to change it, but it was not my fault, it was a computer error. They would not admit liability and I paid the £75, so the cheap flights were not so cheap. I wont be using these cowboys again!

Quick, easy, and best deal going. I like that they also checked in via email after booking online to check we had received the E-tickets as well.

I booked a return flight from London to Colombo with Sri Lankan Airlines with Travel House yesterday. When I received my e-ticket I noticed that the last part of my surname was missing (I have a long surname made up of three words). I contacted Travel House immediately and asked them to correct my name on the ticket as I don’t want to have any problems checking in. I was then informed that this was possible as long as I paid £150 for this service (I’m pretty certain that I entered my name correctly when I booked my ticket online. I even went back online to check that I could enter my full name and had no problem doing so). I know that Sri Lankan Airlines don’t do name changes, but let you cancel and rebook your ticket free of charge within 24 hours of buying it, but I guess this could be different when booking through an agent. Needless to say I was not happy with this and requested a refund. Again, I was told this was possible as long as I paid £100. As much as I did not want to pay I decided to go for a refund as I have no confidence in an agent with such poor customer service. And another thing: any other travel agent I ever dealt with send a confirmation and ask me to check the details before issuing the ticket and this wasn’t done. Excellent price (ticket with checked in baggage same price as others without). Ticketed very quickly after I booked. Checked the booking directly on the airline website and all is in order. Website is quite easy to use as well.
