Bad customer service and return policy
First of all, they aren’t collaborative in their customer service. They send the same messages over and over again - you can tell it’s just copy and paste. Second of all, they don’t allow you to cancel your order - even though they haven’t send the package yet. So you are basically stuck. And lastly, if you want to return the package, it has to be send to China, and it’s going to cost more to return it than the actual product you bought. Completely ridiculous.
