Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Shipped from China direct to customer. No tracking info five days post order. Charged for three pillows, bought two. Company has yet to refund third charge on my Discover card. So far three charges and no pillows and no tracking. Please be careful as this is a high pressure, no service company. NEW UPDATE I have invoice showing two charges. Discover card has verified three charges from this company. I have verified this twice with discover and they are ready to start a dispute. I have emailed the customer people twice and they insist only two charges. I have invoice and discover posts to show three charges. They are not Responsive except for the invoice showing two charges. June 6 no pillows! It is now June 5 and part of my May 30 order has just left China and three charges are still on my Discover card and their invoice insists I’ve only been charged for two. So no pillows and a third charge even though I have notified them four times. Please be careful. New edit..response is boiler plate nonsense. I have NOT received the product as of today June 6, 2025.. Your billing is in error! No product received! NONE! UPDATE JUNE 12:NO PILLOWS NO CORRECTED CHARGE June 16 NO action no pillows disgusting company as said five days ago, pillow here in two days. Really horrible company. UPDATE 6/25. Received second pillow today. Two pillows, but charged for three. Be careful!
