If I could give a negative star review…

If I could give a negative star review I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. My account was verified prior to my redemption request the 14 business days have come and gone. I’m always met with the same scripted response then after the 14 business days, I’m told it will be escalated to a manager who will respond to me within 24 hours I’ve never received a response With any detailed information as to what is going on aside from there behind, which isn’t an excuse considering they have no issue, taking my money immediately, but can’t seem to process their redemptions in a timely manner very unprofessional. I will be reporting this company every way that I can Absolutely horrible.

Still no redemption almost 7 days terrible just stay on stake.us or even crowncoincasino is better than this site this is the worst site when it comes to cash outs I don’t know why they are able to have providers on their site scam site.

Update: redemption paid

Redemption time (right now) is 2 to 3 months. And that would have been fine if my initial email didn't say 72 hours and then 15 days. IF you say, 2-3 months, then I know it's coming. Redemption request: June 24th Paid: August 27th

Terrible service period customer…

Terrible service period customer service the worst just give pre made answers and management that is suppose to contact you doesn't and they just lie. First told can take up to 72 hours for redemption. When that came and went I was told technically it could take up to 14 business days per the policy there now that has come and gone still waiting then I see in messages now it can take up to 30 days so what y not just say that to start and I. Pretty sure that 30 day policy came after my redemption was put in and after I was told 14 days there just either lieing about stuff out right or there changing the policy just to fit the lies and deception the place runs off off so beware do not use this site and I've never had an issue at any other sweep casino besides this one literally not a single one and I play at a pile of them this is by far the worse.

Absolutely terrible customer support!

Absolutely terrible customer support!! I requested redemption aug 15th still no pay out!!! I have reached out to “customer support” they all respond with automated responses claiming that someone will reach out to me via email but where heard from nobody ?!! Absolutely terrible!! Also threatened to delete my account and not pay out after expressing my frustration.

Definitely a scam, shady at best

I could basically copy and paste most of the reviews that have been posted the last couple months because my experience has been exactly the same. Been waiting for a $100 redemption for almost a month, and all they do is reply to my messages with the exact same copy and paste bot reply over and over again. No management emails me. No update from the redemption team. Just lies lies.... I'm surprised they're still in business.

UPDATE

UPDATE: Just received my June 7th redemption, surprisingly. TMF is definitely losing customers running things this way. My redemption was pretty sizeable (nearly 3000) glad to close the door to this drawn out saga. If they can get their redemption process together I'll deposit again but for now they've lost a customer.

First the wrongfully took funds out of my account that they shouldn't have and they with held my winnings and never could give a real reason why and my bank did force them to return my funds the money factory they closed my account and wouldn't give me my winnings. First they said it takes 14 days then on the 14th day said it takes 30 days. What a rip off. Don't use this site. Dear money factory; In response to your reply The 40.00 that was wrongfully taken from my bank was replaced, yes. my bank had nothing to do with it. The funds was replaced after I left a review on the pissed customer site. And I thank you for fixing that mistake. Although afterwards my account was closed from money factory and you all said it was because my funds was redeemed. My 100 00 winnings was not redeemed at all. Just the extra money that was taken out when I made a purchase on your site. I have tried several times to contact customer service on the site and by email though I have not gotten any replies back. Till now. I have done nothing wrong for my account to be closed, though in the terms it does say u have a right to do so. I would appreciate it if you could contact me. My account name was luckyduck83. If you could possibly email me or leave me a email or number to contact someone to correct this issue. And I would gladly edit my reviews to show that your casino site does in fact respond and try to correct problems that occur because of issues from your site. I would appreciate it and I also won't proceed to contact the gaming commission and possibly the news station if you could help fix this error.

I’m currently trying to redeem my…

I’m currently trying to redeem my winnings from a few days ago and I can’t seem to be to able to withdraw. I had my bank account linked and a redemption pending, however I unlinked my bank account to link another one. My mistake, but then I seem to have lost the ability to redeem completely. I don’t have access to my Skrill account and can only withdraw through trustly. Every time I try to withdraw no matter which bank I try to redeem with, I immediately get sent to an error page and it says sorry we are having trouble processing your request. No matter which bank I try, the same message appears. I messaged the money factory customer support and they claimed they escalated my case with their tech team but they haven’t fixed my issue yet. I messaged trustly customer support and they claim they have no error on their side so it must be on the money factory side where the issue is occurring. I don’t believe I will see my winnings anytime soon and my account will probably remain stuck for a long time. It sucks more than it normally would because I managed to get a balance of around $2,000 dollars but I have no way of redeeming my balance because of my issue.

I really enjoy the site

I really enjoy the site. The daily bonuses are good. The reason for the 3 stars is the redemption process. This site uses the same connection as most others and that should allow a couple business days max for a payout. I submitted my request almost a month ago, and I have reached out numerous times about it. I waited the 14 days in the terms, and when I reached out, I was advised it could take 30, which doesn't make sense. After several more days, I reached out again. Still waiting. It's totally ok to allow time for verification and processing, but I was already fully verified, and no one has asked me for anything, so the delay seems unwarranted. I am happy to update my review if/when the redemption is resolved, but I even bought a small coin package, so this is very concerning.

Stay away from Money Factory

Redeemed to Skrill on 7/06/25. Seven weeks later I still have not received my money. It’s a $100. Countless other reviews with the same issue. If they can’t pay out in a timely manner for a small amount, I would not expect them to payout for a large amount. There’s 50+ other legitimate sweepstake sites. Don’t waste your time with this one. I will not be back until this company has proven they can be reliable.

Scammers

Month later.... Still never getting paid Numerous chats.... All the same copy and paste BS Wasn't even a big win ... They can't even pay a $120 payout. You can tell by the website promos they are on ding ding days. Edit: The "account closure" is because I wrote this review and complained to the BBB which they used as an excuse to try and blackmail.

Hello its me Marisol again I was waiting for a month for my redemption never got it so I canceled it 8/24 and now won $1000 I put in for redemption hopefully I'll get the money cause I really like this casino and I really want to take back all the bad reviews and give them a great review fingers crossed ...well I went back and canceled my redemption and play all of it i lost it all but what mare can I say I guess they were waiting for me to put the money back hope yall happy cause iam not lol.but I still love the games just wish they would have pay me.

The worst casino experience

No payout from a 7/17 redemption Been waiting on a redemption from 7/17 with little to no help from support regarding the timeline and you are unable to get information directly from the redemption team which makes the process even less transparent. I enjoy the game selection and site layout but the redemption process is terrible Support can’t help at all with redemptions so every time you try and escalate the process it gets absolutely no where This is the only site I’ve ever had to wait more than a week let alone 30+ days for a redemption now sitting at about 26 buisness days
