They can improve by responding to customers inquiries about their Redemption request. The management has a line staff that has no say in the Redemption process but the line staff is who you hear from when you inquire about why it's taking so long. So you never get an adequate answer and that's where the frustration lies I've been waiting almost 7 days to get $100. This is the only online casino that has made me wait so long after saying it's usually 3 to 5 days or one or three days. I would never spend my money at this casino again.
