I’ve been waiting on a $605 redemption for 3 weeks and counting. They’re not paying out any of their players to the point where they’re now not allowing you to even speak to support about redemptions because they’re clearly receiving so many inquiries about not paying. Yet they’re gladly accepting everyone’s money!!! This place is a scam. ***Do NOT wait longer than 60 days for your redemption. If you do not receive your money within that time frame report your transaction as FRAUD. Which is exactly what it is. Make their scamming actions hit them in their pockets. They’ll also inquire fees for the chargebacks. Report them to BBB. Report them to Visa.

Well my first redemption was on 06-19-2025 for 150.00, it never made it past pending, so i canceled the redemption and played the money, got up to over 800.00 requested a new redemption to skrill this time, this was on 06-27-2025, countless chats with support and almost 2 months later, the redemption still pending, so today I canceled it, played the money again, now its over 4,000, put in a new redemption for 4,200 hoping for a miracle, Money Factory please honor my redemption on 08-24-2025

They have not given me my $1500. I redeemed three months ago they denied my two out of three of my requests and only redeemed $347 out of the 1500. I have evidence and emails. Wish I could post it

This is terrible I’ve been waiting well over 30 business days and they will not redeem my money I had high hopes for this casino but they are giving me a run around with no updates or nothing I wish I got paid already but it probably will never happen

I have had a pending redemtion since june 29th. Everytime I reach out I get the same copy and pasted response from the managers. Its not even like its a significant amount of money.... $120... this to me screams poor management of financial assets and likely is headed out of business sooner than later.

i have contacted the better business bureau and reported this website and this account transactions since my real life hard earned money is being held without any explanation or progress towards completing the withdrawal. being held since 7/9/25 . this website is actually a scam as they continue trying to send me free money but yet hasn’t done shit about my withdrawal

The money factory hasn't paid my winnings yet its been since June 29 and still haven't paid me they keep putting me off telling me the same old story are they real or fake I believe they are fake because 29 of August will be 2 months they haven't paid me my winnings it don't take 2 months to check my winnings

I have had a terrible experience with the money factory. It has been going on almost 2 months and I have yet to receive my redemption. I have never waited this long for a payout. I am still, to this day, waiting for my redemption.

Still waiting over 2 months for a redemption of $185. This is absolutely ridiculous. After countless messages and the same response each time, my conclusion is it’s a scam. Don’t waste your time.

I requested a redemption 2 months ago. I cancel one and put in another bank account. I've been contacting the live chat and they keep saying the same thing. No supervisors, no follow up emails. Nothing! Now they have an automated response about a supervisor getting back in contact with me and I have heard from anyone. They keep sending me emails about other winner but yet I still haven't received my redemption prize. Going on 2 months. I referred friends and spent money on the site, but I'm having an issue with my winnings?? Somebody's not doing their job!!!! I'm frustrated and pissed!!!!!!!!!!

I've redeemed off this site several times and each time the situation gets worse. What used to take 24-48h (still longer than several other top tier online sites) suddenly took 4-5 days. My current redemption is already late again and this is using Skrill! It's not uncommon to see people complaining about 14 and 30+ days waiting on Reddit and on TP. As such, I'm not feeling very confident I'll be receiving my payout and considering most of their competitors are only getting faster - never slower - with redemptions one can only assume the worst. Funny thing is if they made their redemptions faster I would depo frequently but I no longer do. The only good thing I can say, and the only thing stopping me from a 1* review, is that they often give out large bonuses which is the only reason I go back and play. However, another delay or issue redeeming and I'm going back down to 1 as it renders those bonuses essentially meaningless.

41 business days as of yesterday! Still waiting for my redemption from June 28th for 500 dollars! Come on money factory...you have got to do better, this is Rediculous & it makes me think something isn't right with this company 🤔 none of the explanations they give make sense, I seriously doubt they are this BACKED UP with redemptions ?! If this was my company, I would hire more people so my customers aren't waiting & waiting waiting on winnings🙄 it's almost like they don't care & that's bad bad business.

Been holding off on the negative review giving them a chance. But I’m extremely frustrated at this point.. waiting on a $5k redemption.. still pending since 6/30/25 just shy of 2 whole months….. the redemption timeframe they give you is NOT true… I’m mostly frustrated because I won $14k but I played back $9k because you can only redeem 5k at a time.. and obviously waiting 2 months I got bored and drained my vault over time. If it was quicker payout I would have been able to redeem without putting any back in… (more of a self control issue than anything lol) but still… unless you don’t mind waiting months to receive your winnings you’re better off playing anywhere else that ACTUALLY pays within 24 hours… wish I woulda read the reviews before I started playing here… if you play here you have been warned, you’ll be in line right with the rest of us when it comes time to redeem… in their words via live chat 5 weeks ago.. “ Please rest assured that your redemption is still in queue, and we guarantee that you will receive it.” I have that in writing. So they better hope they hold up to their promises but I’m not Gona get my hopes up anymore. Already accepted the fact that I might not even see this money…. Absolutely unacceptable. TMF I will not deposit a single dollar until I get my money and this issue is fixed. Bad business…
