They just flat-out lie to you.
They just flat-out lie to you. "Please allow 0-72 business hours for our team to verify and complete your redemption." They've never processed a redemption in two weeks. They never will. It's essentially a Ponzi scheme. You may get paid in a month or so if they can cover their debts. That works fine until it doesn't.
