I’m currently trying to redeem my winnings from a few days ago and I can’t seem to be to able to withdraw. I had my bank account linked and a redemption pending, however I unlinked my bank account to link another one. My mistake, but then I seem to have lost the ability to redeem completely. I don’t have access to my Skrill account and can only withdraw through trustly. Every time I try to withdraw no matter which bank I try to redeem with, I immediately get sent to an error page and it says sorry we are having trouble processing your request. No matter which bank I try, the same message appears. I messaged the money factory customer support and they claimed they escalated my case with their tech team but they haven’t fixed my issue yet. I messaged trustly customer support and they claim they have no error on their side so it must be on the money factory side where the issue is occurring. I don’t believe I will see my winnings anytime soon and my account will probably remain stuck for a long time. It sucks more than it normally would because I managed to get a balance of around $2,000 dollars but I have no way of redeeming my balance because of my issue.
