If I could give them a lower score I would! I am on day 53 still waiting on my redemption of $700. I’ve been told it’s been escalated but still nothing. The same copy and pasted responses everyday. Per some people on Reddit they are now banning people who keep bothering them about their redemptions so I’m not scared to tell them anything… please do not play on this website. I do NOT recommend!

So I heard back from them after no response for 2 weeks and they told me that redemption can take up to 30 business days. That’s quite embarrassing, I’m unsure if my situation is the norm or an outlier with other players but this is my experience. I’m here to just let you know that this can be a situation you can go through which is 30 business days to get your redemption. Good luck everyone….. I’m surprised this casino has been a nightmare to make a withdrawal. After all the amazing reviews I’m going through the worst thing you can with an online casino and that’s with withdrawing. It’s been over 2 weeks and all I get it pending, to go with that their customer support is non existent. They have great things with their app but nothing matters if you can’t withdrawal. I’d love to give an updated review once this is resolved. I’ve withdrew from over a dozen online casinos and only 2 I had this problem with and this is one of them

I really like this casino, but I don’t play much because it takes way too long to receive your winnings. Is the delay intentional, hoping people will play their money back? A good casino wouldn’t treat its players this way—you risk losing customers by not paying them promptly. I’m still waiting for my prize. I want to keep playing here, but it’s hard when I never know when I’ll actually receive what I’ve won.

If I could, I would give them 0 on ⭐. It has been since Aug. 3rd that I submitted my redemption. I received an email from their company stating that my redemption would be processed within 0 to 72 hours (3 days Max). When I go on their site to talk to customer support, you get an AI bot named Finn. She claims that support is not allowed to talk to me about my redemption and that my situation would be escalated to the correct "Management Team". I have not received any follow-up emails or anything from any team. Finn also claims that in some instances that it can take over 30 days to pay out a redemption 😳 Excuse me??? If you're looking for a place to play, I would definitely not recommend this site at all whatsoever! I heard that Trevor Pope is the owner and Trevor might be running a Ponzi scheme with this online site! Not a trustworthy place to play! I will never deposit on this site ever again!!!

I have been waiting for two weeks for a $450 redemption. When I reach out to customer service, they say it can take more than 30 days. No other sweeps casino takes anywhere near that long. Most sites take only three days or so. I hope they pay out eventually.

The money factory is not a good casino to play you win good and nice games but it take forever to payout . I have redeemed on Aug 19th and today is August 29th and I’m still not paid yet and customer support isn’t any help . This the longest process ever in my life .

I always found it odd that the few times I Cashed out that it took as long as it did. A month ago I had wins of $100 & $800 & withdrew. Once it got past the 3 week mark I came onto here & to no surprise I saw all the bad reviews. Hoping to contact my bank for a chargeback on my account for the deposits I made. I feel for all of you who got stiffed by The Money Factory.

I submitted a redemption on July 18th. The policy quoted to me when I checked in by chat was that it could take up to 10 business days. It is August 29 and still no redemption. It has been “escalated to management” for over 3 weeks. The redemption isn’t even that big, a few hundred dollars. This is insane.

My first redemption on this site for a $100 and it's been 10 days and still counting I keep getting the same message in chat that a manager will contact me and never does this is ridiculous!

I like the fact that I won 2,000 here BUT what I didn’t like is the fact that when I went to withdraw the 2,000 it took more then 14 days a month passes by still NO funds. I emailed them a lot and still nothing. I canceled the withdrawal and asked for $100 to be deposited to Skrill and then $200 to my bank. It’s been almost the full 3 rd day still not a DAMN thing. Crown coins is WAY faster in redemption thats for sure. It took them only like a day to get my redemption.

i had 40$ on my account, when i was looking for a game to play i noticed i was down to 10$. i did the live chat with them i didnt get anywhere, actually i was blocked from doing the live chat. there's a glitch win there system and there was 12 plays at 2.50 each on my history, all at the same time...i didnt make those plays i never go 2.50 a play...

I'm having the same problem that everyone else is having I've been waiting on a $500 redemption since August 2nd. At this point all I'm getting is copy and paste answers. Nobody's giving me any explanations nobody's telling me anything and I keep getting told that a manager will contact me via email within 24 to 48 hours but that was a week ago and I still haven't heard anything back from them yet.

Edit: More lies from the money factory. My bank has not accepted anything because if they did, the money would be in my bank account. How stupid do you really think people are. Then you come on here to try and save face knowing dang well you never processed anything to my bank. Don’t play here if you expect to receive a redemption folks. 3 months now going through this bull They supposedly processed my redemption on August 13th. It’s been ten business days and I have not received it. My bank says they don’t show anything pending and they also have not received it. When I send a message in chat they tell me they will send it to management and someone will get back to me but it’s been awhile and they do not ever follow up. I honestly think they didn’t process it and I will never see what they owe me. Just lies after lies after lies!!! Smh. Bad enough I had to wait almost two months for it to be processed and now just more headaches. Then have the nerve to offer packages for me to give you more of my money. Y’all must be out of your mind! Worst experience ever with any casino I have ever dealt with.

Where is my money? Are they even solvent? Do not play here if you expect to get paid. Delete and go back to Chumba!!

I won $250.00 on 7/28/25 and it is now 8/17/25 and I am still waiting on my money Whenever I tried to chat with them about it, they say they will have a manager.Get back to me within 24 to 48 hours At which point they say sorry for it taking so long. It shouldn't take much longer, but look at me now I'm still waiting. Would not suggest anyone spend money on this casino site.
