If I could, I would give them 0 on ⭐. It has been since Aug. 3rd that I submitted my redemption. I received an email from their company stating that my redemption would be processed within 0 to 72 hours (3 days Max). When I go on their site to talk to customer support, you get an AI bot named Finn. She claims that support is not allowed to talk to me about my redemption and that my situation would be escalated to the correct "Management Team". I have not received any follow-up emails or anything from any team. Finn also claims that in some instances that it can take over 30 days to pay out a redemption 😳 Excuse me??? If you're looking for a place to play, I would definitely not recommend this site at all whatsoever! I heard that Trevor Pope is the owner and Trevor might be running a Ponzi scheme with this online site! Not a trustworthy place to play! I will never deposit on this site ever again!!!
