Looked after my garden for 6 - 7 years they've eventually ruined it what a waste of money, they ruin it then try charging me to put it right😡

Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team
What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters
Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

I asked Green Thumb to do a makeover on my lawn. They prepared the area and reseeded it. Two weeks later they came to inspect it and all was fine. And that was it. No advice on when to begin cutting it. No reseeding of bald patches. Nothing. Apparently they came again and left feedback, but not to me - only to head office. I complained and got no reply. In the end I had to seek advice from another company. They offered to send someone out but I had already cut the lawn and reseeded the bald patches so I told them not to bother and never come near me again.

I have received service from GreenThumb Chichester since 2006. Unfortunately many issues arose throughout 2020 and many of the treatments were not carried out properly. I emailed and called numerous times to try to resolve this but no response at all. Finally at the start of 2021 after not paying the invoice I got a call and managed to resolve this with an agreement to continue the service. Recently they have charged for a lawn treatment that was not requested and still do not respond to emails or telephone calls. Definitely avoid and find an alternative provider of this service.

Greenthumb has provided me with a dreadful service over three years - if you are thinking about using the then DONT - two years of managing my lawns culminating in refunds for incomplete works and compensating reseeding - then told me my contract was ended but to continue my charges would double! Then they turn up to do 2 unsolicited treatments and billed me! l am an OAP recovering from a stroke and when l complained said l had to pay them - what a bunch of clowns _ AVOID AT all costs GREENTHUMB CHICHESTER

As a customer of almost 8 years I have experienced deteriorating service over the last 3 but given them chance after chance due to every excuse under the sun. Issues have ranged from turning up without telling me, to treatments that have proved increasingly ineffective... plus a long history of useless moss treatment applied at the wrong time of the year. For 3 years now I've had to pretty much reseed my whole lawn every spring because of moss. Now I'm near the end of June 2021 with no contact whatsoever since winter and a phone that just rings out... so I finally decided enough is enough. Sent a message to cancel and explain why a week ago. No response at all. If this is customer service I can survive without it. I was a loyal customer who stuck it out far too long, now I will never return. To ANY franchise!

Green Thumb operatives are great when they appear. Several emails told me of my next treatment - unfortunately though no one turned up. When I complained, I was told of staff sickness. No apology though. Date no. 2 was fixed. Once again, no show. No point in calling - the answerphone plays recommendations for their treatment over & over again. I listened for 7 mins, then gave up. They’re expensive - I would pay if they were worth it but they’re unreliable & unresponsive so I’m cancelling my contract.

Green Thumb started tending my lawn in the spring, it was going yellow and suffering from Leather Jackets, its looks really good now the best its been. I live in Westbury Wiltshire and would highly recomend the service, they are very friendly and helpfull

This is the worst nursery! No customer service. All I wanted to do was ask a question about some of their trees. I found someone in the nursery, and he said he busy but would be right back. 20 minutes later,,,, nobody. So, I asked another guy if he would answer a question. The response, "Yea,,, I'll be right with you". After waiting 20 more minutes I gave up. Went to my local nursery, got help getting a couple hundred dollars of stuff. No problem. Green Thumb SUCKS.

If you value your sanity, do NOT use Green Thumbs. Their accounts department is disgraceful. I finished my contract with them due to saying I wasn't paying, although I paid on the same day each time. Now, even though I do not have them, they still send me horrible texts saying I owe them money. I DO NOT!!!

The best company you can have, it turn the lawn to lush green and very beautiful lawn. very polite and professional service if there is 6 stars I would give them thank you for always a lovely service
