GREENTHUMB DISASTER

Looked after my garden for 6 - 7 years they've eventually ruined it what a waste of money, they ruin it then try charging me to put it right😡

Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team

What a fraudulent company.

What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters

Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

Most unreliable company I’ve ever dealt…

Most unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with. 4 time they have scheduled a date for treatment and a couple of day prior they cancel. They should have come today but rang this morning to cancel The scheduling staff are totally disinterested when you ring to complain and don’t respond to emails.

Direct Debit doubled. Been using them for years with no problem. Checked my bank this morning direct debit has doubled no warning No one answering calls 25 mins on hold trying to cancel Cancelled the direct debit and they can get in touch with me

Redcar branch

Redcar branch. This company is taking peoples money and not fulfilling the contract. Having to chase them for your aeration and scarification date no answer when you ring the number I’ve tried calling every day for three weeks and head office number no answer, does anyone still work there!!! Today the man turned up to feed the lawn complained to him. He handed me the generaI letter and a extra letter to say the payment will be increasing don’t hesitate to contact them that’s a laugh been trying for 3 weeks 🤣. Bet they contact me now I’ve cancelled my direct debit 👍

I have just seen the terrible reviews…

I have just seen the terrible reviews on here and now feel reassured that we were not the only customers. They treated our lawn but it has turned into a disaster with most of the grass died away. They are totally disinterested in advising or helping and just try and upswell other services to you.

After two years of the "green thumb"…

After two years of the "green thumb" treatment my lawns are now a disaster zone from the lush lawns which they were. Appalled barely covers my anguish, mainly over my stupidity in trusting what are obviously a bunch of charlatans whose knowledge of lawns can be printed on the back of a matchbox. Cancelled my DD with no feedback from them as to why, but then, they care little for their customers only the money and even less interest in our lawns. Anyone interested in employing these "people" should think more than twice.

Shocking service yet again

The service form this Business is absolutely appalling. Now they have completely closed my account without even advising me. They cancelled a a treatment 3 times on the day so i advised them i would stop my d/d as i was not paying for something foe which i was receiving no service. I said i would reveew this once the treatment had been paid for . I would add they have increased the price from £43 to £57 why should you pay for something and it never done. After complaining yet again they said they would review. I would add their web chat is waste of space and trying to speak to a person on the phone you have to wait over 25 minutes despite them saying this would improve. This Business has gone completely downhill this year.

Green thumb price increase. ave jved a letter from…

I have just received a letter from green thumb, which states my monthly direct debit is going to be increased by nearly 50%, I have just come off the phone from them, their reason is everything has gone up ! I have been with green thumb for over 10 years and will not be using this service again.

green thumb no show

have been using Green Thumb for about 3 years, they were supposed to come and do our winter treatment 2nd december 2022 - didnt turn up, waited a couple of weeks then phoned them, they gave me another appointment - didnt turn up, waited a couple of weeks again, phoned them, they gave me another appointment for today 17/02/23 - didnt turn up!! they never call me to say sorry for not coming, i have to chase them. 3 times they have failed to show. I have cancelled direct debit now
