Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team
What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters
Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

Awful awful awful I had such a lovely lawn and then they started giving some rubbish lawn food and it’s become some wild lawn. That’s all they did for £15 at a time. Awful

After the service is cancelled, this company sends out demands for fictional and unsubstantiated sums despite all bills having been paid. These letters are threatening in nature, stating the amount must be paid within 7 days or further action will be taken. No details accompany the demand. It is criminal. Do not hire this company under any circumstances.

Been with GreenThumb in South Derbyshire for 15 years and watched the service drastically deteriorate in the last couple over years. Did not turn up today for scarification and aeration for the 3rd time this year. Reason being they “ran out of time”. Will be not be using this company in future. Constructive advice - provide a reliable informative service and don’t treat customers with respect.

Disgusting treatment by this company, Avoid at all costs. Don’t show up and lie about it Ring doorbell camera footage proves this. 4 times failed to bring smaller aeration machine despite phone calls to remind them days before appt, Huge price hike. Used to be good. I will cancel now

No work done on my lawn always being cancelled and they do not turn up. Have been a customer for years but have now cancelled my direct debit. Going to phone them today

Following the hotest temperatures on record last year and the wildlife reeking havoc after the chafer grubs we started this year with the worst lawns ever! Having only been here for 12 months, and not being lawn experts, we contacted the Lincoln Branch of GreenThumb. Mandy was most helpfull on the phone and arranged a visit from Ben. He came and looked at the issues and we agreed a treatment plan for the way forward, explaining what each part of the process did such that we fully understood the timescales and what was to happen. Simon came to start the programme. He was most friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and the maintainance of lawns. After only 3 days it's working. Looking forward to the rest of the treatments taking place giving us the lawns we want.

After many many years of using GT they wanted to increase the price this year by 40%. I contacted the local branch and spoke to a helpful lady to cancel the contract and established it could be done immediately so to be safe I also cancelled the direct debit. After two months have now received a threatening email demand for 3months of payments. Have tried to contact GT so many times but you just cannot get them to answer the phone

I cancelled my account due to the 40%increase in payments but did not cancel my direct debit, despite being told it would be cancelled. A further payment was taken followed by a demand for 2 more months payment in a threatening email, saying I was in arrears. My lawn was not treated with moss or weed killer that I can see on my last visit. I think they are slack and taking advantage since the last take over. I will take this matter further.
