First time I've had to use the AA,the experience was top notch. They attended my breakdown within an hour,the engineer that attended was all you could have hoped for. Friendly,polite and had a can do attitude from the moment he arrived. Found the problem very quickly,was unable to replace the part at the roadside but fabricated a repair which got me to a garage for a new part.He followed me to the garage to ensure I got there OK. The service provided fully met my hopes and expections which these days can be a rare commodity!!.

Edited update following AA - reply below . 8 week to reply to a complaint is totally unacceptable! We will not be renewing and have Cancelled our membership. Read the chat logs AA as you have them for us both and see if you think your replies are acceptable. The RAC has been operating in the UK for many many years and weβre glad to be their customer now end of update 8th July 25 We have been a member (joint) for our two cars for NINE YEARS ! Recently we had appalling service The price without our consent increased to just under Β£800PA!!!!!! Totally Excessive!!! We used the service THREE TIMES IN 9 years! We logged a complaint and have to wait 8 weeks for any reply ! Totally ridiculous! We had poor responses to our chat on Wattsapp and we had to PROMPT the chat staff to reply to our requests / complaint yet ignored and combative We value OUR time and therefore not willing to wait 8 weeks to address very poor AA STAFF SERVICE! As soon as you complain they simply do not care at all! 9 years and a total waste of our time ! We have now joined the RAC who have excellent feedback and cover my battery and keys within their cover at less than HALF the AA cost Please consider RAC

He was very nice and understanding. Sorted the tyre quickly the helped us get to a garage to put a new tyre on. Great customer service I can't thank him enough

I didn't know this co before, it is true I'm on the road Mon-fri but with lorry. Now my newly bought car has getting a problem, -3weeks before a planned 2000mile trip.. Jag helped me out very good, but my car is still not fixed. No any car so reliable, things getting old, getting used, worn. I need a good cover when I'm travelling through 100's of miles in a different country, when I'm going for my holiday!

One of the tyre of my vehicle was punched with a nail and became flat tyre. I reported the broken down of my car via the AA app and quickly received the response that the technician will arrive my location in 20 mins. It made me relieved. The technician, Ben, said he had actually completed his job of the day and on the way home, but did came when he saw my case. Ben is very polite, pleasant, efficient, and explain in detail to me the situation of my tyre, what he is going to help and what I need to do in coming few day to bring my vehicle to the garage. What a fabulous service!
