First time I've had to use the AA,
First time I've had to use the AA,the experience was top notch. They attended my breakdown within an hour,the engineer that attended was all you could have hoped for. Friendly,polite and had a can do attitude from the moment he arrived. Found the problem very quickly,was unable to replace the part at the roadside but fabricated a repair which got me to a garage for a new part.He followed me to the garage to ensure I got there OK. The service provided fully met my hopes and expections which these days can be a rare commodity!!.

This is a late review as I've only just arrived back home. We broke down at Reading service station on 25th June at about 5.30. The administration of identifying us and sending out a repair man was seamless. I liked the way the AA promised an hour and a half but arrived in only 20 mins. Our repair guy was Aditya, a personable, efficient and calm young man who was patently an expert but wore his knowledge lightly. The fault was our battery no longer recharging and we were faced with a journey back to Dorset. Aditya had swiftly identified the fault and then presented a number of solutions. He didn't have the correct match battery on his van so phoned around his colleagues to see if they could help. Even though it was peoples' day off they were all positive and Aditya found a colleague who had a replacement. He then got us going, took the postcode of the relations we were eating with that evening, delivered the new battery after an hour's drive and fitted it with a smile and an obvious delight in being able to help. What a star. Thank you.

Your Mechanic Adrian arrived within 25 minutes and dealt with my issue within the hour. Adrian was informative thorough and l was able to drive home an hour later. Very impressed with the AA.

An Efficient and Professional Recovery
Patrol Darren arrived ahead of promised time (about 3/4 hour after I called in the breakdown) and very efficiently replaced the damaged tyre with a temporary and followed us to the nearest tyre fitting facility. He then gave us a lift home. I have nothing but praise for the professionalism and courtesy shown by the AA and their representatives.

I am with Toyota Breakdown Assist and Andrew came out to help. He was great, explaining everything about the Hybrid battery and the 12v battery and why the vehicle had failed, giving advice on how to avoid it happening again. Very patient and understanding, thank you.
