First time I've had to use the AA,the experience was top notch. They attended my breakdown within an hour,the engineer that attended was all you could have hoped for. Friendly,polite and had a can do attitude from the moment he arrived. Found the problem very quickly,was unable to replace the part at the roadside but fabricated a repair which got me to a garage for a new part.He followed me to the garage to ensure I got there OK. The service provided fully met my hopes and expections which these days can be a rare commodity!!.

Wouldn’t give them any stars absolutely disgraceful service from the aa… van broke down weeks ago due to fan belt cut out wouldn’t start got toed from St John’s hospital( as my dad in getting treatment ) the van got fixed was taking dad back in after getting van fixed same thing went wrong been told many times would be there and changing time constantly took my dad home as had waited most of the day… after texting to say we will be between half four and half seven we took dad home as he needs rest to be phoned and told we 5 mins away at 4pm drove back to van and the job has been closed saying complete….. wouldn’t recommend

Jack was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the problem. He worked hard to find the problem and fix it. He made sure the car was fine for the test drive and afterwards.

Locked my only set of keys in the boot. I called Aa , then hung up and did online form as suggested as it wasn't huge emergency, I.e I wasn't in danger. It asked me to call in , I spoke to the lovely Liz , thank you, she was very courteous and efficient, got the message though to Joe who was put in 45 mins, he was amazing , thank you Joe, got in the car fine, both non judgemental and incredibly polite , helpful and efficient.

Very easy to request assistance online and response time was very acceptable. KEITH, the engineer who attended my call, was excellent. Diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what was needed (in this case a new Battery), went and got one for me and installed it. Tested, Battery Programmed and car running again. Outstanding service…Thank you The AA and your Engineer Keith.
