First time I've had to use the AA,
First time I've had to use the AA,the experience was top notch. They attended my breakdown within an hour,the engineer that attended was all you could have hoped for. Friendly,polite and had a can do attitude from the moment he arrived. Found the problem very quickly,was unable to replace the part at the roadside but fabricated a repair which got me to a garage for a new part.He followed me to the garage to ensure I got there OK. The service provided fully met my hopes and expections which these days can be a rare commodity!!.

Classic car rescued!
Neil came and rescued me in my MGB GT today near Romsey. He was with me in approx. 15 minutes and was able to tow me back home. Oil cooler hose failed so there was nothing that could be done roadside. All round excellent service and help, very impressed. Thank you!

I might get in touch with Panorama !
I might get in touch with Panorama for some investigative journalism, as I am sure there is a scam going on. AA used to be the gold star standard but not any more, just turned into the usual, greedy corporate company where profit means more than service. It would take me all day to write out the issues I have with the company but suffice to say I will be making a formal complaint. In the meantime, just wanted to put this review out there to warn other unsuspecting people of the underhand tactics, lack of common sense, and pushy service (which ends up being no service).

Excellent service
Came very quickly. Samuel was brilliant. When he realised he couldn’t fix it he towed it to our garage more than an hour away & then brought us home. Excellent service & wonderful patrol person.

Brilliant service. Rob arrived within the time specified and was very friendly and kept us informed with what he was doing throughout the process. Would have been happier if the car hadn';t broken down, but couldn't be happier with the service I received today
