Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

This was a repeat order because the previous order was delivered on time after I was kept fully informed of its delivery status. Each test is in a separate little box and therefore much easier to use.

We have not received the tests even though we paid extra for the next day delivery. I have had to go and pay for some other more reliable tests.
