Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

NOT WORTH DEALING WITH.
I ordered 3 sets of 4 individual tests (most cost effective way of buying them) on Wednesday - that's 12 tests in all 4 arrived on Friday I contacted TestnGo immediately and was told they'd send the others out on 24 hrs delivery Saturday Evening and nothing has come which means I need to rush out and find somewhere else that I can get them from immediately or next week is not happening for us It's not difficult is it? You order 12, you pay for 12 so they send out 12.....NOT 4 !!!!! First and very last time I use this amateur outfit Addition. Chased Saturday evening asking for proof of dispatch A few minutes later I get an email from the Post Office saying they'd received my parcel and it would be with me by 7.30 Sunday evening Proof they didn't do what they said they would do... Again, don't use these guys Additional: 10th August after reply from TestnGo Thanks for your comment / reply TestnGo saying the parcel was dispatched on Friday 5th August However... Royal Mail traking saying on Saturday 6th August: "12:12 - Sender despatching item" One of you isn't telling the truth and I know who I believe....
