I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back βfaulty testβ. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.
Easy to order, the prices were cheaper than others at the time of ordering and delivery was just it stated it would be

I ordered tests 9 days ago, and am still waiting delivery. Once received I will be able to give a more thorough review. (update) I have now received my order. Customer service is very good. Thank you

Ordered two observed antigen tests on the 1st August with a proposed observation on the 9th of August so plenty of notice. No tests supplied by 6th August so contacted them again. No problem will send out more kits on 48hr delivery. Nothing here on the 9th with observation due this evening. Contacted them again to be told they would send out with 24hr delivery but would miss the appointment. I said I have two tests unopened in date here. No have to be a certain brand and maybe I could look around the area to try and buy them! I asked for refund and they said I would have to email in. What a waste of time!

Unfortunately I didn't get my test at all. I paid a little bit more to have it delivered withing 48 hours and it is now a week and half and still nothing.

Not happy with the service. The shipment was reverted due to missing the house number. I asked for my order to be resent or a refund and they refused. If the package was not opened (which was not) it shouldnt be an issue. Either way, you need to work on the "company policy" for better customer service.
