Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Easy to order, fast delivery
I ordered some nasal only swabs for at home covid testing for my kids, as I find these easier than doing a throat and nasal swab on them. Easy to order, fast delivery. I haven’t had to use any of the tests yet as no one has had any symptoms but pleased to have them for when I do. I have used this nasal swab brand in the past and it’s been good.

There was a little delay with my tests, but as I been told it was royal mail that messed up. After Contacting testngo customer support team about my tests not being delivered after 48 hours, it was sorted and tests were resend and recieved on a date I was prommised. If I wouldn't allow enogh time I could have been in trouble and would most likely had to cancel my abroad trip.
