I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.
Easy to order, the prices were cheaper than others at the time of ordering and delivery was just it stated it would be

Having ordered Antigen tests for a forthcoming cruise, they arrived with instructions for PCR tests. I contacted the chat line and was immediately given the correct instructions by Audrey

Products were as described and arrived on time. The fly in the ointment was the packaging. The only reason the packet kept together was that the postman used numerous elastic bands to hold it all together. On saying that nothing seemed to be damaged. Try using stronger bags :-)

Absolutely brilliant service including customer service. This is the second time I’ve used TestnGo for a LFD to fly to Spain and both times the process has been seamless. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for flying myself

They lost one of our tests and you can’t call them to find out what’s going on. You just get a chat with someone who doesn’t have access to they’re system. They say they’ll get back to you by email but never do. They did eventually come back to me at 8:30pm the night before my flight! I had had to get my daughter a much more expencive test by then. Spend a little more money and get a test somewhere else. It’s a rip off!!
