Kit delivered too late

I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back β€œfaulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

It is very easy to order

It is very easy to order, but would be better if it can do next day delivery. I would definitely use this service again.

Did not receive my test result within…

Did not receive my test result within 24 hours of sample arriving at the lab. Still have not received my test result over a week later and no response to communication

Not recommend

Both tests I ordered, a 24 hour one and a 12 hour one dud not arrive in time. I left an extra day, due to the postal strike, and still neither arrived in time. I have lost over Β£100 and was forced to spend another Β£50 and drive to a test site for an immediate test which I wish I did initially. I have been refused a refund, even though the products were not delivered as advertised. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The delivery via Royal Mail was awful

The delivery via Royal Mail was awful. I know you don't directly manage them but you need to know they're standard is far from satisfactory. I didn't know what day it was due, or what time. However, I received an email saying at 1.40 p.m. saying it would be delivered between 11.15 and 1.15. They said there was no reply so left a card. There were 2 people in the house at that time. Then I received another email at about 3.45 saying they couldn't get a reply. No card was left. Again there were 2 people in. I don't believe they rang the doorbell or knocked on the door on either occasion. I am telling you so that you know how their service works. The actual goods were exactly as ordered and expected, so thank you for that.
