Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Let me tell you where this has gone wrong, I ordered these kits on the 19/10/2022, company promises to deliver next day and I'm still waiting and it's the 23/10/22. The price is cheap but the waiting time is rediculous

Ordered the tests on Wednesday night as I was running out and had Covid. Still haven’t turned up so had to go out and buy some in order to know I could go out again. Waste of money.

My test was meant to be here on Friday, then I was promised Saturday and you deliver today. I had to order more tests. I have asked for a refund and you refused. I work for Trading Standards for North Yorkshire County Council and I will be taking this further. This is a breach of distance selling regulations
