Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

I ordered a 25 multipack and got 25 single packs this seems an awful waste of packaging given you also get 25 sets of instructions.otherwise delivery was on time and the products were well in date.the price was good and would probably order again in future.

I was expecting a quicker delivery. We live in a remote area, unable to get to any shops and I needed the tests ASAP and your site promised speedy delivery; I'm still waiting and have had to borrow a kit from a neighbour.

Major delay in pcr test delivery likely to prove very expensive
Needed positive covid pcr to claim back £1600 travel expenses. Ordered validated pcr and paid for speedy delivery. Now 4 days later and no sign of pcr test and no tracking information. Will likely be negative by the time it arrives. Disaster
