The lady followed my questions/requirements and informed me I could do as requested....i.e. shift a big bill onto installments. Everything was explained to me and I could proceed to activate my aspirations. However, when I heard the costs to be applied,......which in my view was SCANDALOUSLY ABHORRENT.....I informed the very helpful lady that I would decline taking the matter any further and consider limiting my use of this particular credit card. As a fairly long Tesco card customer.....I must say this appears to be at least.....PRICE GOUGING.....and is an unattractive element of our possibility of doing additional business. Solution opportunity.......well, I will leave that one for you to be innovative about....and inform me of the various opportunities.....I can think of a few.....yet, I'll simply await how you may choose to react/to attract me towards further use of your card, to any great extent, hereafter. I had a question about my bill which was answered.
The staff member listened to me was helpful And help me achieve the outcome I wanted
I called twice for the same subject, as I had first tried the online account. The first call was just to confirm if I stopped my credit card, found it, I could start it again. They confirmed I understood that correctly. The second call was to cancel my card properly as I could not / did not find it. Both calls were handled sympathetically & answers explained patiently when I asked a question. I have dealt with other Company Customer Service departments where they were abrupt and short. That is not Customer Service to me. If a person takes the time and energy to bother to call it is not because they have nothing better to do (in my view). Sympathetic and understanding will be greatly appreciated where abrupt and short will be aggravating. Once experiencing the negative, it often prevents me from dealing with that company again.
Terrible that I had to call in the first place . My account has been messed about with without my permission and now I’m being told I can’t do nothing about it . Don’t know why Tesco think it’s ok to do this
Helpful customer service and good overall service
Genuine helpful knowledgeable and understanding. One problem though they do not seem to understand that you fo not carry card security codes when your travelling very frustrating especially when you think you've been scammed
