Great service and the person on the other end of the phone was well trained and knew his stuff. It was great not to be passed around and to speak to a real person. Not a Bot!!

Vey simple...........the ability to talk to a human who was knowledgeable & understanding, rather that some "BOT or AI" rubbish, which is 100% never acceptable!

Took my direct debit and card payment. When I complained it takes 72 hours to get a refund. When I pay via card payment it's taken straight away. How can that be fair?
