My experience with Tesco is always great. I've used many of their services and even where the quality of a product was compromised, they were quick to resolve the issue. Very good customer care as well.
I never received any Clubcard points when using this credit card outside of Tesco, even though the adverts suggested otherwise. On top of that, they charged me interest despite me paying early. Feels misleading and unfair. I’ve stopped using this card completely – not even in Tesco. Avoid.

Answered my questions and gave good advice.
Once I had managed to get through to speak to someone they quickly answered my question, although I still find the accounting process strange. However, it probably took three times longer to be able to get through to speak to someone than my call lasted. The automated ‘help’ was useless. The telephone number was not easy to find and the automated process was just annoying.
It was easy to open an account with Tesco and customer services were very helpful and professional.
