The lady followed my…instructions.....but!!!!
The lady followed my questions/requirements and informed me I could do as requested....i.e. shift a big bill onto installments. Everything was explained to me and I could proceed to activate my aspirations. However, when I heard the costs to be applied,......which in my view was SCANDALOUSLY ABHORRENT.....I informed the very helpful lady that I would decline taking the matter any further and consider limiting my use of this particular credit card. As a fairly long Tesco card customer.....I must say this appears to be at least.....PRICE GOUGING.....and is an unattractive element of our possibility of doing additional business. Solution opportunity.......well, I will leave that one for you to be innovative about....and inform me of the various opportunities.....I can think of a few.....yet, I'll simply await how you may choose to react/to attract me towards further use of your card, to any great extent, hereafter.
