My experience with their design team was great. They were responsive, hearing your concerns, drafting design as per your needs. I'll highly recommend them for your marketing purposes.

If I could give them a negative five billion I would. Sales consultant lied to me. Long story short made zero dollars they renewed my contract without informing me and what was supposed to be a trial turned into nearly $1000 scam. DONT USE TERRABOOST.

First off, this advertising did nothing for my company. No prospects at all. Not a single person said "I saw your advertisement and so I decided to call, come in, etc" Second, their design. They will design the campaign for you, but if you request a change, even one where THEY mispelled something or got the address wrong, you only get 2 "free" changes and after that they start charging you. Again, even if THEY made an error. Went an entire year with this campaign, with nothing to show for it. Then came the renewal and when we chose to cancel out of "deactivate", they kept claiming that I wasn't giving 30 days notice and would be charged another month... and another month. My sales rep told me he would make sure to waive the last month since i was 1 day away from the "30 days notice", but low and behold I was charged again. When I called to speak to someone, the man actually chuckled at me and said that person could not have promised that because it's against policy. This company is absolutely a scam. Bad practices. Bad costumer service and no return revenue. Complete disappointment

My display went missing for almost 6 months.

Great company and process to work with. They have been communicative and helpful throughout the process.

The overall experience was good. The original rejection and approval proof process was confusing but once I figured that out, was all good. Thanks

We have had a contract since last fall. We were contracted to be in the brand new H-E-B in Melissa. Our display ended up being put in the Kroger after six months of waiting for it to be put in H-E-B before the grand opening. It is shoved in a corner where you cannot even see all of the sides of the display that we paid extra for. We also paid extra to be in the HEB not the Kroger. When this was mentioned, it was supposed to be taken care of. H-E-B has now been open for a month and I was told two weeks ago that they would immediately get that put over there in the front entrance where it was supposed to be displayed that week. We were also supposed to be the only realtor in that store with a display. We went in today to see if our sign display had been moved, and there is another agent who is a realtor where ours was supposed to be. we went to the Kroger and our sign is still at the Kroger. I paid extra money to have a 3-D display, and to be put at a brand new H-E-B so that during grand opening, we would be there. This is completely unacceptable and I will never use her boost for anything in the future, nor recommend them.
