Terraboost was a fantastic platform to advertise our festival. We received amazing feedback.
Setting up a campaign was easy. The locations available were outstanding. The art department was attentive and easy to work with. She even accepted our mocked-up version to make relaying our ideas so much easier than having to write up descriptions (which can be hard to communicate the vision). She paid attention to detail and corrected the typo in the design. Can't say enough good things!
The software used to upload all necessary items for creative is user-friendly and the communication from Terraboost has been wonderful.

Dan was a good salesman, and the Jessica was great at coordinating between me and the design team. I am happy with the final product as well.
The representatives at Terraboost were extremely helpful with the design process every step of the way. They understood the vision I had and were able to bring it to life. The examples that were given in the beginning were great for me to see what type of design would be best for my company.

No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.
They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.
Giant Scam! They will steal money from you and not deliver on the agreed contract. They took a bunch of money from me and never delivered on the agreement. They will also not refund any money.

My billboard was just what I wanted. In a location that is closer to my office to promote to those that live around me!
Worst company ever. made it extremely hard to cancel a subscription for something. they are trying to get every penny from you. horrible customer service and overall.

Quick and efficient service
After several trips to HEB, I never saw my advertisement. I called and didn't receive a call back so my first thought was that I was SCAMMED. I had a one-year contract but, two years later, I received a call from a customer who saw my advertisement. I visited the store frequently and never saw my advertisement until now but it’s no longer needed because I closed the business. The salesman was great at communication until I called with a problem. I would not recommend this company and in my eyes, they are Scammers.
