This was my first time using Teladoc and at first I was hesitant but I couldn’t make it to my primary doctor so I did a phone visit. They gave me a reminder before the call and the doctor called on time. She was very friendly and helpful. I got what I needed and more helpful information about my situation. I’m glad I made the call and I highly recommend.
the video platform never works for my appointments with my doctor. We have gotten so use to the system not working that wwe simply just use the phone. This is not optimal but it works.

Had an appointment scheduled immediately. Wait was under 10 minutes for actual video appointment (severe poison ivy on face). Agreed on treatment plan quickly, Rx sent to pharmacy right away. Was able to obtain quick relief, and received a follow-up for prognosis/next steps via email. Reasonably priced.
The whole process was extremely easy and fast. I was connected to a provider immediately and he listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly and concisely. It was a great experience and I will definitely be using the service again.

The best mental health provider I've ever had came through this service. Although the app is sometimes a bit glitchy when we do our video calls, she goes to great lengths to make sure that I get the service. It is so important for mental health providers to be compassionate and mine has shown me time and time again how to be important to myself. I cannot show her enough gratitude for what she's done for me.
I had been sick for nearly 2 weeks when I decided to see an online doctor. She felt that I probably had pneumonia and suggested I see a doctor to get an X-Ray. I went the next day and she was correct!
Doctor was nice but the phone call was literally 20 seconds for him to tell me they can’t help me with what I needed and still got charged $60.
Highly recommend for non urgent issues. Especially for those that don't have health insurance, it was a small fee and affordable fee. So much better than waiting at the doctors office who always tell you to come back and charged unaffordable fees and never resolves the issues.

I’m completely sold on Teladoc! Woke up at 5:30 am with what clearly was a throat infection. Got on the App and was literally on the phone with a doctor within 20 minutes. Got a prescription and got on treatment right away. This is the way medical care should be! I’ve used them a few times before and all went similarly well.
