Very professional and friendly representative! However, she did mess up on a pharmacy that was open 24/7. We had to change it after my husband drove there and found it was not open.

Oh where do I start it was so lovely to be able to instantly talk to a doctor. I had a sore throat most likely strep and it would have sucked having to wait several days to see my PCP with a razor blade throat! It was a quick call and meds were at the pharmacy ready in less than a hour on a SUNDAY YALL!!!!

I have never had therapy and was very nervous. My provider took the lead, listened to me, I didn't feel judged at all, I felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
Great experience with the doctor. However, I think it is misleading to show that Teladoc visits are $30 on my benefits and on the costs in my account settings when I have insurance, but then charge me $60 each time for my child having a sore throat.

The appointment was easy to schedule and was able to talk to a dr. the same day. The communication prior to the appt was great, the doctor was on time, caring and able to help over the phone by calling in a prescription (I took an at home test and attached a picture of the results to my appointment request.) The appt only cost me $15 and I didn’t have to leave my house or sit in a waiting room with contagious people.

I love it. Appointments are easy to schedule and you can talk to your Dr almost immediately or schedule at your convenience. They listen. It's fast, but you're never rushed. Prescriptions are always immediately sent. When it comes to my mental health treatment, I actually prefer my Dr on here, over the ones I've personally gone to.
