There were issues with the platform…
There were issues with the platform used. The doctor thought I was on mute - she couldn't hear me but she made several attempts to fix it and we finally settled on her calling my cellphone so she could talk to me and we could continue with that appointment. I really appreciated the efforts she made. She also made sure that I got what I needed by way of answers, recommendations and explanations.
