I’m very grateful for Teladoc! It was a Friday night and I had symptoms of a tooth infection. I was able to request an appointment for early Saturday morning and had my antibiotics within an hour. The provider listened to what I had to say, and provided an explanation as to why she picked a certain antibiotic and went over my instructions for taking it. I was also asked if I needed a doctor’s note. Teladoc set me up with a provider licensed in my state, so it was covered by my insurance. I highly recommend, and I will use Teladoc again in the future.
