Teladoc was so easy to login and make an appointment and kept me updated on when I would receive my appt call...which was very quick!!! The Dr. was knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on. He prescribed 2 medications and gave some suggestions that helped my symptoms lesson almost immediately. Thank you so much!!!

The app was easy to use and the Dr called me in the time frame I requested. I had my antibiotics within a few hours when the pharmacy opened.

the absolute worst online platform for scheduling any telehealth appts. I pay more to go outside of this service even though im a blue cross blue shield member. They don't have same day appts, their platform never works right, I just tried scheduling an appt 7 times and had to start over each time. It's a joke. Terrible user experience as well.

The Drs on there are great, they listen to what you have to say and try to help best they can really helps when your just to unwell to go sit and wait at office for two hours!

Waste of time & money!!! According to doctor jason Hillman the doctors who provide antibiotics are poor doctors? Lazy lying teladoc doctors. Save your time & money. Useless.

The whole experience was great! Super easy to set an apt and got a call within 8min. Provider was very helpful, knowledgably and friendly. Answered all questions and sent in the prescription right away! Will be using Teledoc again!

Skip urgent care, and use Teledoc! My Doctor was so attentive and understanding. Clarified all my questions and concerns patiently. Did not rush me during our virtual visit or go straight to prescribing me medications, but showed genuine compassion about what I was going through. This was my first time using this service and to make it better I didn’t have to pay no copay like urgent care. I will definitely use teledoc before heading to urgent care next time!

When I needed to change my high pressure medication due to ineffectiveness I was told my PCP had moved to another location. I had to contact my medical insurance to select another PCP delaying my access to med changes and refills. The Teladoc physician was able to submit prescription for refill while a go through the process of a new PCP.
