I called because I had a skin infection. I expected perhaps an oral antibiotics prescription, but the provider was clear that I needed to go to the ER to receive IV antibiotics right away. He asked if I had someone who could drive me or if he should send an ambulance to the address on file, leaving no question of the level of severity. I was able to go to the ER immediately, and his diagnosis was spot on. I got an IV and did not require hospitalization, but both my Teledoc provider and my ER doctor advised that waiting could have led to sepsis.

I have spent several hundred dollars in the "visit" fee and got garbage. Not even a meeting with a doctor. Just prescriptions sent with no council Same prescription given after I go back and say it doesn't work. Before that I was given over the counter stuff. I don't need to pay $85 to buy over the counter shit. Then given a prescription insurance declined. Not real doctors. Good luck

Had an ongoing issue with inflammation for 6 days. The wait was not long at all. Doc and I discussed course of action. He prescribed me something for the interim until I could see my primary. GREAT service!

I loved my first experience with Teladoc! My son was son quickly seen for his poison ivy (10 min wait) and the doctor was incredible. He was knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the duration of the rash and how it spreads to different parts of the body in different timeframes. We will definitely use Teladoc in the future, this for like the future of medicine!

Overall great experience, Dr. was attentive and provided good recommendations for the symptoms I was dealing with. I did not have to wait more than 15 minutes to speak with the Dr. and scheduling the appointment was quick and easy.

Quick and easy. Understanding of what I was dealing with and clear directions on how to heal. Minutes instead of hours in an urgent care! Poison oak was my issue and I’m going much better in just 2 days with proper care!

The provided doctor's note for work is very very very generic. After receiving the note, I called and asked could information be added to the note that my job specifically needs. I was told the notes canot be edited by the provider. Every other telemedicine service allows form updates. Why not Teladoc? A waste of my money because I know my job will mot accept this basic generic form.

Their app says that they can do lab work but they cannot (or would not) order them for me based on the 2 minute $89 call from the doctor I spoke with. It was clear in my paperwork what I set the appointment up for. They could have declined it but nah. Take someone’s money just to say we don’t do that

I had a bit of a problem getting logged in, but managed to get to the right screen. Once I updated my medical history, which took a while, the rest was easy. It took a couple tries to get photos uploaded. The actual info input was smooth and within 2 hours, I had the diagnosis, the explanation and a prescription to get. So easy.
