Easy to get in touch with. The two techs I dealt with followed through with items they needed time to solve. Only issues is they are trained to cross sell other Iolo products. One rep kept trying to pitch services i told him I already had or did not need.
Iolo is available 24/7, and even though some Support Technicians are in other countries because of the 24-hour time zones, I found them knowledgeable and professional and succinct. JOBELLE is the best!!! She very quickly solved my problem! I'm very happy with the service I received!
