I had a bit of an odd request, I was really in need of a singular screw for an Nvme SSD and I popped in to ask if i could buy any. The store owner was kind enough to offer me a few different screws completely free to make sure I had what I needed, even though I had offered to pay. I got what I needed and was grateful.

It took a lot of steps but the techs stuck with me until we could get past all the trouble the virus was causing with remote connections. Once Kevin Green got things going, Jobelle took over with the remote support and appears that the virus is gone, and all the problems that went with it. Easy to get in touch with. The two techs I dealt with followed through with items they needed time to solve. Only issues is they are trained to cross sell other Iolo products. One rep kept trying to pitch services i told him I already had or did not need.
the speed and accuracy of the operator
Iolo is available 24/7, and even though some Support Technicians are in other countries because of the 24-hour time zones, I found them knowledgeable and professional and succinct. JOBELLE is the best!!! She very quickly solved my problem! I'm very happy with the service I received!
