It took a lot of steps but the techs stuck with me until we could get past all the trouble the virus was causing with remote connections. Once Kevin Green got things going, Jobelle took over with the remote support and appears that the virus is gone, and all the problems that went with it. Thank you, Jobelle and Kevin...and all the other techs that keep us going. MUCH APPRECIATED!!
