I have been with TeamRh nearly a month now officially but have been following the team on Facebook and tiktok for a few months, I finally took the plunge and signed up and I have not 1 single regret, the app is fantastic, I cant believe what you get for 7.99! I am at a stage in my life where I have tried every fad diet and my weight was becoming a real concern, I am now on TeamRH's specialised GLP-1 plan eating more nutrient dense calories than ever before, my hair has stopped shedding, I feel more energised and I am ready to change my life! I had a wobble a few weeks ago and reached out for some coach feedback, head coach Liam stepped in and spurred me on, reminded me why I was doing this and advised me that I was actually making good progress, this was the kick up the bum I needed as someone living overweight for most of my life sometimes that internal mental battle can be the hardest and when I was feeling a certain way the coaches pushed me back into touch which is exactly what I need! Such a great team and I cant imagine now being part of any other life changing team because that is what they support you to do! Change your life!

Absolutely loving team rh!!! I love the no nonsense, straight talking approach from richie and liam. I know its not for everyone, but they give me my daily laughs. The app was very easy to figure out and i loved that the macros were all worked out for me. Biggest thing is its helping me to learn more about my choices with food and the importance of nutrition. And thats having a huge impact on both my physical and mental health ...... i no longer have to drag myself out of bed in the morning and nap in the afternoon and i haven't had a migraine attack since starting, when i've suffered weekly with them for years before!! Im 5lb down in just one week even though my calorie goal is 2020 daily.... for years i thought i had to be eating around 1200 calories to loose weight. Im a proper foodie so could just never stick to that low calories for longer than a few months and i was miserable the whole time! £7.99 a month for everything you get in terms of support from the members group,the fact the plan is all worked out for you and you can get coach support is an absolute bargain in my opinion! I was paying £50 a month for 2 pt sessions and had nowhere near the amount of support i get from being part of team rh.

Love the app. Easy to use and loads of products on it already. I’m only a few weeks into using it but already lost some weight. The best thing is that it’s a sustainable small calorie deficit so no yo-yo effect and I don’t feel hungry. Brilliant customer service as well - had an issue with a product I bought from their website getting lost and they resolved it without hassle. Look forward to seeing long term effects of using this app.

I actually love TeamRH’s content and straight-talk vibe… just not the app. Got wooed by the ads, downloaded it, clicked “agree” (rookie error), and after a few days realised it wasn’t for me. Fitbit didn’t sync like my old app, and the whole “perfect day” thing? Exhausting. Any positive change is a win in my book — but this app made me feel like anything less than flawless was a fail. Demoralising, not motivating. Tried to use the 14-day cooling-off period. Nope. Apparently because I used the app during the cooling-off period (wild concept), that right vanished. A few emails later — including replies from someone with the customer service skills of a pot doll — and then… radio silence. So here I am, £7.99 a month lighter, locked in like it’s a bad relationship I can’t escape. Luckily it won’t ruin my life, but still. 👉 Moral of the story: If you’re thinking about this app, be sure you want it. Because once you click download, it clings on like a needy ex for the next 12 months. 🤣

UPDATE!!! so as you can see they responded to my feedback on here telling me to reach out to them. Guess what I did? And guess who didn't respond 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 So, i joined up based on wanting support. However, I have also been on a wait list for tier 3 weight management at the hospital for 2 years. The day after I joined I got my letter from the hospital offering me my first assessment appointment. Straight away I contacted them to cancel because I thought that there would be contradictions between qualified dietitians and nutritionist. Obviously, dietitians have more experience and are approved by the NHS. The response i got was this Thank you for contacting us regarding your subscription and your wish to place your account in dispute. Team RH operates as a subscription service, providing our product in exchange for regular payments, either monthly or annually, for the duration of the agreed term. At the point of sign‑up, our online checkout process is designed to present our Terms and Conditions clearly and requires all subscribers to confirm explicit agreement to those terms before any payment is made. Our full Terms and Conditions are available for you to review at any time via our website: Clause 3.8.2 sets out our position on the 12‑month subscription term, including the commitment period and the nature of the payment obligations. When you subscribed, you chose to pay for your 12‑month subscription by monthly Direct Debit. This means the total cost of the 12‑month subscription is divided into equal monthly instalments for your convenience. As explained in Clause 3.9 of our Terms and Conditions, cancelling your Direct Debit before the end of the 12‑month term places your account into default and indicates that there are still outstanding payments due under the contract. I formally dispute your claim that the Terms and Conditions were clearly presented and explicitly agreed to at the point of checkout. At the time of purchase, no key contractual terms were displayed in a clear or prominent manner. In particular, there was no visible notification of: a 12-month minimum contract term, the loss of any statutory cooling-off rights or the financial consequences of cancellation. The only reference to terms was via small hyperlinks at the bottom of the checkout page, which does not meet the requirement under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for important terms to be brought clearly to the consumer’s attention prior to payment. I therefore do not accept that I entered into a fully informed 12-month contractual commitment. Any term relying on insufficiently disclosed information is potentially unfair and unenforceable. In light of this, I request that my subscription be cancelled without further charges and that any outstanding balance be waived. I have also attached evidence of the checkout and retained evidence of the checkout process to support my complaint. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards, They LEGALLY have to display terms and conditions to any contract when it is to do with a subscription plan. You legally have to sign a contract by ticking terms and condition boxes when subscribing to anything. Your rights and their terms and conditions LEGALLY have to be fully present upon checkout and they are not. There is no contract that you sign upon checkout which is against the law. I have taken this to trading standards and I have all of the screenshots proving none of this exists upon check out oh and just a link like they have put is not enough to tie anyone into a contract. Make sure if you are coming here to read the reviews you absolutely avoid them at all cost!! They are absolutely all about money and not legally at all are they following the consumers rights act.

I joined on the 7th of January and wasn’t planning to start until the following Monday, but after reading the advice on the app I decided to get started straight away. I originally joined because of Liam Sharpe — I love the Scottish language videos and tell everyone about them! Through his content I came across Team RH and thought I’d give it a try. I’m now three weeks in and absolutely loving counting calories and feeling in control. I did miss the part about the one‑year sign‑up, but that was my own oversight — and to be honest, I’ll probably need a year or more anyway! So far, I’m really enjoying the journey and feel positive about sticking with it. The coaches aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but personally, I love the straight talking and the banter. It keeps me motivated and makes the whole process feel real and honest.

Absolutely excellent all round, I've been with team RH a long time now and never had a bad experience with them. recently had to contact customer service due to a issue caused by the courier and they have been nothing but helpful. I was speaking with Nicky to resolve the issue and communication has been excellent. They didn't hesitate to get me a new item sent out free of charge even though it wasn't an issue coursed by them. A very easy five stars to give.

I stupidly inputted the wrong email address on an order! I asked for help and straightaway Nicky helped me and corrected my mistake! Such a kind response and so quick! Looking forward to this new adventure with a great team

Do yourself a massive favour and avoid this shady company! Once you sign up, there is no 14 day cooling off period and you are locked in for 12 months. The app is basically ‘My Fitness Pal’ but without an option to count calories unless you weigh everything! Cue the ads to purchase weighing scales etc from Team RH. The app is very clunky and not easy to use, but you don’t get to see it until after you’ve signed up and then it’s too late. Everything on the app is available elsewhere on the internet, but for free! Seriously, avoid this company and all its dodgy dealings.

Very easy to use app. The member experience team are great, helpful and answer questions super fast and are really supportive. No question is too silly to ask! I have just started 3 weeks in so we will see what happens in the nxt month

Biggest Scam Going So I signed up without reading the reviews (what a mistake) Realised 2 days in this isn't for me, he pipes on all over his socials about being in a Calorie Deficit, then sets you over 2000 calories a take that you need to have (SO HOW THE HELL ARE YOU EXPECTING PEOPLE TO LOSE WEIGHT) Messaged them Monday, to say delete my account, said I need to ride out 12 months. Any contract HAS to give you a 14 day cool off. That is direct off CAB. So then I emailed them back saying that & guess what nothing. Another email, just ignored. So I'm going to take it up with the bank to stop the DD & Trading Standards. You've tried to rip the wrong person off this time!!!!!

I joined Team RH last May when I was a couple of months in using a GLP 1 medication. I knew my appetite was super suppressed and wanted to get a good diet plan to change my lifestyle after I’d weened off the medication and to maintain my muscles. Anyway.. I struggled with the app and gave up quite quickly. So 3 and a half stone down on GLP 1, I came off the medication in November 2025. The weight was slowly creeping back on after Christmas. I was terrified of coming off the medication after 11 months but I was even more terrified of putting the weight back on. My appetite was ravenous and I was getting sick, aches and pains again and extreme fatigue. I reactivated my app and wanted to give it another go. Lots of research, lots of educating myself and reading members posts on the group.. I started again, this time on the intense deficit plan. No meds to help, just my little app, willpower and trust in the coaches at Team RH. I’m now over 3 weeks in and I’ve got to hand it to myself.. I’m smashing it. -7lbs in 3 weeks. I’m hitting my step goal, most days above it. Im more active, my mind is clearer, my fatigue has gone, I’m fighting illnesses quicker and overall I’m creating a better version of myself. This is all thanks to the education of the Team RH members and staff. I honestly am so grateful that I gave it another go and put my trust in them. Long may this continue. Richie, Liam and the team are incredible! Thank you so so much. You’re making me a better person… body and mind and have given me my sparkle back.

Listen, I don’t get what the negative reviews are about. Because I love team rh. I didn’t follow the steps to a t at the start and now fully regret it, because I would have lost even more. I’ve lost over 4 stone with team rh. Getting my confidence back and actually acting like a 27 year old instead of an old lady because basically I’m so fat. The support I’ve had from coaches etc when I’ve need it has been brutal at times but always fair and honest. They’ve help me change my life. So ignore the negative reviews because if you truly want the help I promise you this will be the best thing you’ll ever do.

No wonder they have so many members! They sign you up for 12 months. What a waste of money! Well done them for being so good at getting your money for nothing. My app never even worked!

I feel the same as many others on here. Completely misled into committing to a 12 month contract. When emailed I was told they would come after me which was very threatening. I explained that it was not clear and that actually you don’t know what you’re getting or how it works till you down load the app and you can’t do that till you commit! I had heard good things so wanted to try for a month but now I’m paying for something that wants me to weigh every day record hunger work outs and has an incredibly poor calorie counter. I am pissed with myself for just going ahead and not understanding the commitment but also at the company for not having a 14 day period because they make you download and they have you! Avoid at all costs unless you like wasting £89+ for nothing!!!

Stay away from this company. I’m only 24 days in and at just after 2 weeks realised being disabled with a new diagnosis that this basic app would not cater to my specific needs, I emailed the company asking to cancel to be told, sorry 12 month subscription, cancel and we will take action. When explaining I was disabled they wanted my medical history and proof of disability so they could make a decision on whether they would cancel my subscription. They must be very desperate for my £7.99. I will be speaking to my bank and taking it further.

As per other reviews on here be warned this is a 12 month contract. Be sure to know what you are purchasing before signing up and don’t fall in the same trap as the rest of us. There are free apps that do far better. I cant even say it’s a fancier version as it’s not. The 14 day cooling off period is very misleading. Although I did read the contract before signing up it’s clear I didn’t quite understand it due to the way its worded. Very disappointed. It’s reassuring I am not the only one. Some very threatening emails and it comes across like there are some really angry people working at team RH who enjoy trying to bully people.

Robbers, money for nothing. Just glorified calorie counting which you can do yourself. Then cant cancel when provide constructive criticism. Don’t waste your money

Scam you, falsely advertise then ignore your emails, I’ve had no choice but to contact trading standards about my refund as I’m being ignored and was signed up to something without it being advertised correctly, I can also see I’m not alone with this, I will be taking legal action if needed, lack of response is not acceptable
