Please be careful when signing up to Team RH. Ensure that you read the T&Cs fully before you commit to anything. I have fallen foul of this. Once you receive their app, the ‘14 day cooling off period’ is null and void (according to their terms). Communications are poor. If you join TeamRH with haste and find out that it doesn’t work for you, expect a lot of hassle trying to cancel. Not a pleasant experience at all. In addition - the app is pretty basic. My fitness pal offers a better service and is not as clunky as the Team RH app when cataloguing your meals.

Please be careful as this company DO NOT allow cancellation you must pay 12 months. I cancelled via e mail as described on line minutes after I signed up in August,as I realised it wasn’t for me . I had paid the first month via card , had no issue with them keeping this , however no dd was taken for the rest of the year, so you would assume the cancellation was fine, oh no! After clearing old dd in January I then received a threatening e mail for debt recovery. This must be a mistake I thought as I have not used or downloaded the app since the first day , when I cancelled, but apparently I still have too pay! they can see I haven’t been anywhere near the app since I started to complete my profile , then realised it wasn’t for me and cancelled, they have a clause in their T& Cs saying you have to pay 12 months no exceptions. I am now left paying for something I neither want or need so please do read the T& Cs throughly. Sure the guy will have something to say about hthis one star review, but hey ho! Just letting people know that Bullying isn’t acceptable on August 27th and previously 2025 Team RH were engaging in misleading advertising regarding their 12 months contract and waiver of 14 day cooling off periods, anyone effected is asked to contact Trading standards . They were ordered to remove ads and the matter was referred to the Committee of Advertising Practice compliance team. the ad breached CAP code ( edition12) rules 3.1 and 3.3 ( misleading advertising) Team RH have, been told since to alter their advertising making it clearer that the commitment was for a minimum 12 month period DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE ITS FOR YOU AS THEY DON’T ALLOW CANCELLATIONS EVEN IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED THE APP!!!! THEY WILL HOUND YOU

Absolutely love the app and love Richie’s no nonsense approach I feel great and feeling so much more confident since restarting just before new year. Their customer service is second to none I would recommend anyone who is thinking of joining to do so! I have always had a good experience with team rh and I’m very grateful for their continued support in my weight loss journey!

Very poor company! I had this app just over a month realised I didn’t use it. Emailed them to cancel which they ignored so cancelled my direct debit. They then emailed to say I had to pay the 12 months in full or pay monthly for 12 months or they put it forward to a dept agency. I have never used this app, only to put a few details in. It was not a straight forward app to use. I’ve since had an operation so can’t use the app anyway which I told them. Still no response at the moment. Why should I pay for something I’ve not used. Never had this with any other company before

I'm a new member but needed help regarding an injury. I needed to know whether to lower my calories as I'm unable to get any steps in. I received an answer very quickly with sensible and helpful advice.

Team RH are absolutely brilliant. The team are quick and helpful in trouble-shooting any problems. Lisa from the Membership Experience team was particularly efficient in helping me navigate the app. Highly recommend them.

Great company No nonsense information I messed up my payment and ended having two accounts. They dealt with it really quickly. I like the transparency of the whole company

I joined found it boring couldn't link my fitbit. So decided to leave now I'm receiving horrible threats of being reported because they want my money. I've tried to reinstate the app thinking they can just take my money as I don't want reporting. However I can't rejoin through the app as its like my email is blocked and I don't know how to reinstate it through my bank as its not their anymore. It'd devastating as simply one decision to see if this app would suit me is now going to destroy my credit. I tried asking what my remainder cost is so I can just pay it off to be rid of them but have had no reply. It seems to me that team rh are real bullies 😔

Be aware that you are committed for the full year and cannot cancel the membership. Or you get a email telling you that you have a contract with Team RH, and to watch the video to avoid debt recovery

I ordered protein. Unfortunately it was going to be delivered to wrong address. After a quick email to the company, Nicky sorted out this in the matter of minutes. Thank you All my experiences and dealings with this company have been positive. Quick and speedy responses to any queries. Thank you team RH

Avoid this site …. Complete rip off company. Chucking your money away. Trading Standards are investigating this dodgy company. Stick with my review Avoid this back street thug . Site is a con and under investigation Threatening emails from you have been passed to Trading Standards.

My friend signed up recently and didn't realise she entered a 12 month contract until trying to cancel. No questions asked why she wanted to leave or what can they do better, just pay up! Either pay monthly or in full. Threating legal action if she didn't, just like other have said. They definitely need to make it more obvious that it is a 12 month contract. But maybe it's all part of the plan? They have two separate checkouts depending on monthly or annually. The monthly checkout (using Shopify) doesn't show the terms like the other one and feels slightly misleading in my opinion. Just be aware you are signing up for 12 months.

Not worth the money, locks you into a contract for using the app which is not any better than my fitness pal.

Basic app , hardly groud breaking. DONT BOTHER. It's a 12 month minimum contract. If you want to cancel your direct debit THEY WILL HOUND YOU WITH UNSAVOURY EMAILS THREATENING LEGAL ACTION. They give you the option to pay off in full or re-instate your direct debit. They're not interested in why you are leaving them just your money. You'd do just as well with MFP and a TDEE calculator(all of which are free). Save your money and the stress of threatening emails.

I looked into Tean RH well before I signed up, I understood that if I was starting this I was in it for 12 months so people arent reading it properly, as this was clearly displayed, along with the proof of a 12 month contract via direct debit. I can honestly say the last month has been an eye opener. I actually joined in August, but gave up 2 or 3 times and I probably will again who knows. I have lost 6lbs in a month which for me is a big win, especially with struggling with weight loss all my life. Im eating better, exercising more, moving more making better choices for myself and I can honestly say within 4 weeks I feel so much better, I'm seeing my results, I'm taking all the advice from the coaches of all the videos they do on board and I finally feel like this time I'm making positive steps. If you give it a chance you'll definitely be happy with it if you do.
