TCI Logistics Reviews

The price for shipping was $850. They took a $200 deposit from me and collected $725 from the receiver, refusing to unload the bike if not paid. That adds up to $925. TCI refunded my card for the $75. The motorcycle arrived in tact and unscathed

We have had several great experiences using TCI for transporting our company vehicles. They were amazing at providing all the needed details of when the pick up & delivery will be. If there are traffic issues that delay the times they always call and let us know of the changes being made. We are sent detailed pictures when the vehicle is delivered. If there are ever any issues they are great at getting them conveyed to us and taken care of so the transport can go as scheduled. Never had any issues with price changes the quote always stands & the payment process is easy as well. Highly recommend this company for hauling needs!

I had an excellent experience shipping my car with TCI and their driver, Vitaly. The entire process was smoother and quicker than I expected. I was kept informed every step of the way, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Called me 1 hour before delivery 4 days late! I sat at home for two days waiting. No call, no email, nothing. I was at work scrambling to get a neighbor to accept the bike. Best part. You need to pay the driver or he won't drop off the bike. LOL! 4 days late and now I'm busy at work. Can your neighbor pay us? Lol. Can you cash app. I don't keep that data on my phone. I said come back tomorrow morning. Sorry that doesn't work for them. 4 days late with no communication calls up and days we need $800 right now to get your bike. They agree to drop off the bike (they didn't want to wait until the next day) but I have to promise to pay them by 1pm. They will send me the zelle account. Of course they didn't send the account. I had to contact them to actually pay them for terrible service. They said sorry. I didn't care that it was late I wasn't going to use it right away. I cared that I had to sit around for two days waiting with no zero communication. I cared that I was at work and had to find a neighbor to accept the bike. I was angry that I had to track them down to pay them. I would never use TCI again Never

Highly recommend TCI! Very dependable and a great broker

Steve was very helpful! He got both of my cars transported in a timely manner! The driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Steve with TCI. I will be using them again.

Price was good. Car was picked up as promised and arrangements were made to have it dropped off early at my apartment.

TCI Ships is an excellent company! I shipped my car from Alabama to California, and they not only gave me a fair quote but also honored the price without any surprises. I would definitely use their services again!

TCI was the best auto transport company I have used. Both the office and the driver kept me in the loop at all times. Would 100% use them again!

After being overwhelmed finding my car transport, my friend recommends TCI Logistics company. I chose TCI Logistics because they have great reviews. Representative Steve Rikert is professional, excellent customer service, fast response. TCI offer a competitive rate. Driver George was on time for pickup and fast delivery. My car was transported from TX to AZ less than 2 days, in good shape. I will use TCI again and refer to my friends.

Company was very responsive. Steve communicates effectively and efficiently with respect to the customer. The coordination is crisp. Keep in mind the customer will have to wait on the availability of drivers and so the pickup and delivery time/dates could vary depending on traffic. As long as you can have flexibility in allowing +/- 1/2 days for your vehicle transport needs - I highly recommend TCI Logistics. Good people, honest business, and very professional.

Great communication, on time pickup and deliveries, never disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of using TCI Logistics for car transportation, and I am beyond impressed. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. First and foremost, the pricing was amazing. I had shopped around and found their rates to be the most competitive without compromising on service quality. The communication was stellar throughout the entire process. The team kept me informed every step of the way, promptly answering any questions I had and providing regular updates on the status of my car. What truly blew me away was the speed of delivery. They far exceeded my expectations, delivering my car much sooner than anticipated. It’s rare to find a company that under promises and over delivers, but TCI Logistics did just that. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. It was a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend TCI Logistics to absolutely anyone in need of car transportation. They are true professionals. 10/10!

most horrible experience - the driver put numerous dents in the car body

These guys are a big disappointment. They promised to pick up a car for shipping on a date, but one week later, they still had not and just kept me hanging (and never picked it up). I don't understand how they can do business in such a horrible manner.

Great customer service

Kalo and his Team make it SO easy every time I use them. This is my third time using them to ship. I called with a day notice and they were able to pull together an almost impossible feat. Worked with me every step of the way and updated me through the whole thing. Will be using them again and again!

Amazing service car came on the day it was promised and definitely best prices you will ever find.

Kaleb and Mark are a spectacular team from start to finish! Don’t fool with the worst transports deal with the kings of transport, Kaleb and Mark!!!

Communication was great, drivers and dispatch were very professional. Easy to work with. My only complaint is how inaccurate the website was with the original quote but still thought the price was fair.
