Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Talk Home Mobile is a great service

Talk Home Mobile is a great service! It's affordable, reliable, and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new mobile provider. This would’ve not been easy without the help off Hamim. Thank you Hamim for providing me the best customer service and a great mobile deal.

Worst customer service I have…

New Review and I hope as many people as possible see this. They are the worst company going there customer service is the worst I have experienced and this is from someone with 18 years customer service experience. There customer service is not in the UK I have no problem with that if they are competant. These guys are not they have IP blocked me and have barred me from calling them as they are not able to resolve the issue. Do not call after 5 they claim there are no managers available even if you call before 5 they claim that they wll call you then claim that they could not get through ISNT THAT A GLOWING REVIEW OF THERE SERVICE So this started when they failed to port my number and left me without service for 5 days. They then offered me 5gb as compensation when I told them no after the poor service they provided, I was offered 3 months for free..........If I was willing to remove my trustpilot review. I chose not to so they removed my service today without any warning. I called them and they said they would add 24 hours service and to call tomorrow that stopped working after 1 hour. Honestly do not bother with this company I am going to the ombudsmen for the attrocious level of service I have received I have asked for a DSAR as I want to know what data they hold on me the person didnt even know what I was talking about. This is the short version but they have banned me from calling, using live chat and there social media so they are willing to burry negative reviews as opposed to improve there service. I hope EE drops them off there network.

Requested a sim on May25th

Requested a sim on May25th, got an email saying it had been dispatched. They said it would take 3 working days to deliver. When it didn't arrive contacted customer service who gave me the " due to high levels" crap and said it would be delivered in 2-3 working days. $ working days later nor a word or sim appearance. Avoid like the plague, is this a scam? Be very careful

Nice network with good customer service

Good 4G network using EE at a low price. Although there was no Wifi calling and eSIM, the customer service representative told me they are testing those features and will be launched later. Apart from that, I have no issue with the call, text and data connection. Keep it up!
