Worst customer service I have…
New Review and I hope as many people as possible see this. They are the worst company going there customer service is the worst I have experienced and this is from someone with 18 years customer service experience. There customer service is not in the UK I have no problem with that if they are competant. These guys are not they have IP blocked me and have barred me from calling them as they are not able to resolve the issue. Do not call after 5 they claim there are no managers available even if you call before 5 they claim that they wll call you then claim that they could not get through ISNT THAT A GLOWING REVIEW OF THERE SERVICE So this started when they failed to port my number and left me without service for 5 days. They then offered me 5gb as compensation when I told them no after the poor service they provided, I was offered 3 months for free..........If I was willing to remove my trustpilot review. I chose not to so they removed my service today without any warning. I called them and they said they would add 24 hours service and to call tomorrow that stopped working after 1 hour. Honestly do not bother with this company I am going to the ombudsmen for the attrocious level of service I have received I have asked for a DSAR as I want to know what data they hold on me the person didnt even know what I was talking about. This is the short version but they have banned me from calling, using live chat and there social media so they are willing to burry negative reviews as opposed to improve there service. I hope EE drops them off there network.
