Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Do not believe the positive reviews…

Do not believe the positive reviews they are the worst company going for mobile phones they have blocked my service without warning leaving me stranded as I was unable to use googlepay I also couldnt call them to discuss the issue as they disconected me. I have no UK contact centre and block customers from contacting them with there issues. Post a negative comment to there other social media they delete it and remove your comments.

Amzing and Quick Service

I called 579 and asked if the adult contents are disabled by default and were advised to write an Email or contact on WhatsApp number. I wrote on Whatsapp number, and after verifying the age, the contents were enabled in seconds. 5-star service by Mr. Adam

Took 4 days to port my number

Took 4 days to port my number. Now I have no data contacted customer service answered quickly but after several hours trying to get data service back, no go. Still have no data. Cancelled contract ported my no to different supplier. Need a reliable service, life is too short

Terrible start and appalling Customer Service.

I got a new sim and requested to port in on the 13th. I was told it would take 48 hours max. Both Sims stopped working the next day. Since then I have been calling and emailing them every single day to explain how inconvenient it was without my sim as I was not able to receive OTP text and some important calls. Unfortunately, their customer service is appealing and hopeless. They haven't taken responsibility at all. All they have is an excuse and even after 8 days today no signs of getting it working. Please don't bring your number as you will suffer like me. I also asked them to log a complaint several times as I am very distressed and they haven't done that yet. Can someone actually help me asap?

Prompt response

Chat responded quickly and answered my questions - albeit slowly, but got there in the end. Had a problem with my login, raised a ticket and 3 emails and 30 mins later, all sorted.

My phone wouldn't connect spoke to Ahmed and was all sorted. That's the way to do customer service although can't give 5 stars due to initial issues
