Terrible start and appalling Customer Service.
I got a new sim and requested to port in on the 13th. I was told it would take 48 hours max. Both Sims stopped working the next day. Since then I have been calling and emailing them every single day to explain how inconvenient it was without my sim as I was not able to receive OTP text and some important calls. Unfortunately, their customer service is appealing and hopeless. They haven't taken responsibility at all. All they have is an excuse and even after 8 days today no signs of getting it working. Please don't bring your number as you will suffer like me. I also asked them to log a complaint several times as I am very distressed and they haven't done that yet. Can someone actually help me asap?
