Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

This company is a scam...dont buy their sim

I feel like I am cheated, and this company is a scam... One of the worst customer service I have ever faced. It all started with the offer in June 1p for 6 months ... I ordered the SIM and the SIM did not turn up for 15 days then I had to reach out to them to send the SIM who literally wrote down the address to send the SIM....meanwhile I ordered a 2nd SIM on the same offer and both turned up together in a cover... Then came the porting hell it took 1 week for them to port and the offer was not honoured at all... after few days looking at their service I ported out my main number to Lebara...they honoured the offer in sim2 for 2 months. In September and October, they charged me 5 pounds each for the number i ported out in August... Till now, I am struggling to get the money back from them... This week again they charged 5 pounds on the SIM which was on 1p offer for 6 months... Their customer service is also very worse, they always say forwarded to relevant dept but no response at all.

The absolute pits

The absolute pits, dreadful customer service with incoherent agents mumbling down the phone could have been speaking Serbo-Croat for all I could comprehend. Took my money and provided no service. You have been warned.!!!!!

Cut off without explanation

I recently moved to this supplier as Plusnet were closing mobile service. Everything went smoothly until at precisely 09-35 on the first Sunday I lost all service. When I phoned through they said I had exceeded their limitations and sent 17 texts, actually only 4. The service was restored on the Monday and everything worked fine until precisely the same time the following Sunday when again was told the same story and had again sent 17 text, 4 again actually.

Finished before it even began

Finished before it even began. So i am no debutant when it comes to switching mobile providers and chose the promotion offer from a comparison site. The usual modus operandi is that you set up a DD and the DD is activated once the sim is acitvated by putting in phone. Apparently Talk mob preactivate the sim one day after sending so if you plan to use it later you are already being charged. Also charge was completely diffent from the one I signed up for. Borderline criminal. Am promised a refund after 3 days
