I feel like I am cheated, and this company is a scam... One of the worst customer service I have ever faced. It all started with the offer in June 1p for 6 months ... I ordered the SIM and the SIM did not turn up for 15 days then I had to reach out to them to send the SIM who literally wrote down the address to send the SIM....meanwhile I ordered a 2nd SIM on the same offer and both turned up together in a cover... Then came the porting hell it took 1 week for them to port and the offer was not honoured at all... after few days looking at their service I ported out my main number to Lebara...they honoured the offer in sim2 for 2 months. In September and October, they charged me 5 pounds each for the number i ported out in August... Till now, I am struggling to get the money back from them... This week again they charged 5 pounds on the SIM which was on 1p offer for 6 months... Their customer service is also very worse, they always say forwarded to relevant dept but no response at all.
