Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Fantastic service from talk home

Fantastic service from talk home. Adam answered my call with courtesy and professionalism. He was able to help resolve some teething issues related to my data settings and activated free an offer for cheap calls to India which was a bonus. Glad I moved to this company

Great roaming rates for holiday in S.Africa

Great roaming rates for holiday in South Africa. Calling home to the UK and making local calls to book restaurants etc for just 15p per minute and no charge for incoming calls from anywhere. I did lots of research before we came here and was a bit sceptical, but it all works very well, connecting through Vodacomm the main network here. Purchased an esim from Airlo for my data requirements which worked perfectly, but this was definitely the best option for calls. I used live chat a few times to discuss my requirements and service was good.

Be VERY careful ❗️ even if you leave with a PAC code they still take payments 🛑 when you contact they say you should of cancelled your plan 🤣 for a sim that’s now cut off 🙈

I have an issue porting In my original number. I can not use my number Vodaphone ported out and stopped my old number. I contacted Talkhome CS three times, but could not resolve the porting-in issue. poor customer service never had a problem with a porting-in number.

You can't update your payment method…

You can't update your payment method without 'topping up', I had no need to 'top up' because I was on a monthly contract. What way is that to operate where you can't replace an expired card? Was told I'd be refunded the difference but haven't been.
